1. Introduction

Ichneufmke, headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, provides strategic capital discovery services. By engaging us or accessing our platforms, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

“Client” refers to any organisation or individual engaging Ichneufmke. “Services” encompass research, analysis, briefings, and related deliverables. “Platform” refers to our digital tools and data rooms.

3. Eligibility

Clients must be duly authorised organisations or representatives with capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

4. Service Scope

Scope, milestones, and deliverables are defined in a written engagement letter. Changes require mutual written agreement.

5. Advisory Conduct

Ichneufmke provides research and analysis. Decisions and actions taken based on our work remain the Client’s responsibility.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients shall provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to stakeholders or systems to enable service delivery.

7. Third-Party Data

We may rely on third-party sources. While we conduct diligence, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party information.

8. Research Delivery

Deliverables are provided in agreed formats. Ichneufmke may use secure portals hosted in the Netherlands for document exchange.

9. Technology Use

Clients receive limited, non-transferable access to our digital tools for the duration of the engagement. Access credentials must remain confidential.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it solely for the engagement. Obligations survive termination.

11. Intellectual Property

Ichneufmke retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and data models. Clients receive usage rights for agreed internal purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

Ichneufmke is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant services.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam.
